We are delighted to inform you the Motorsport Emergency Services Programme has been released!
The program, taking place on November 3rd and created by Jon Bolton, the Regional Training Coordinator of the Scottish Association of Motor Sports Clubs, explores major trauma incidents that have occurred during race meets. It includes analysis, real-life examples, and guidance on how to participate in motorsport rescue.
The event will feature talks from Dr Paul Trafford, Medical Director for the British Touring Car Championship, Claire Greenhill, a doctor for the Knockhill Medical Team, and Jon himself.
You will also examine the high-profile incident that took place at Donington Park in 2017, resulting in a racer undergoing a double leg amputation.
